When launched, SpotIM was trying to disrupt the way people were communicating about social matters. Instead of visiting your favourtie social platform to see what's trending, SpotIM created virtual trend spots based on people behavior. These spots could be integrated into any user experience, enabling users to be free of any social platform restrictions.
/ design process
In the creative process, it was clear by our client that they wanted to use spots as their main character. They wanted to show how a simple spot can hold a whole universe within. Following their fresh brand style, we were going for a youthful look and and feel as this service was targeted for younger audience.
